The law firm Bozzola Studio Legale was founded in 2000 by lawyer Giampietro Bozzola following intensive professional experience gained with the law firm of Professors of Law Remo and Vincenzo Franceschelli and with Ughi & Nunziante.
Studio Legale Bozzola has offices in Milan and Brescia, performing legal, judicial and extrajudicial consultancy mainly in matters of civil and commercial law.
The firm specializes in commercial litigation and industrial and intellectual property issues but also has considerable experience in negotiating out-of-court settlements and contracts at all levels.
